कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन । मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्व ॥
karmaṇyevādhikāraste mā phaleṣu kadācana | mā karmaphalaheturbhūrmā te saṅgo'stvakarmaṇi ||
Meaning
"Your claim is to the action alone — never to its fruits. Do not act for the sake of the results; and do not let that bind you to not acting."
"तेरा अधिकार केवल कर्म पर है — फलों पर कभी नहीं। फल के लिए कर्म मत कर; और इस कारण अकर्म से भी मत बँध।"
